Kindly download the attached file which I have sent to your email. Take the printout of front page, certificate and contents and attach it with spiral binding of your record.
The front page print out should be taken on blue sheet which you can easily get in any xerox shop of potheri.
And get corrected your records by monday i.e. 27-oct-2014.
